Our wonderful sons Jeremiah 6 and Alex 8 who we are celebrating his day!

We are headed to the world on April 15-22nd
Staying - Port Orleans French Quarter

This is what we have planned so far

Day 1-
Depart for airport at 7a. We have a 1030a flight from Columbia. Got a great deal if we drove an extra hour from home we took it! Arrive in Orlando at 130p. Hoping to be at the resort by 3p.we figured we would hop on the bus to MK. There is no other way to start a trip then walking into the Magic Kingdom on our first night there and seeing the castle for the first time always so magical! We will stay for a few hours depending how busy it is, ride a few of our favorites. Catch wishes then had back to the hotel for a long filled day of crazy adventures on day 2

Day 2- My 40th!

As I have been told enough times by my eldest daughter (who is not on the trip, and invited many times choose to stay home. She is 18 now - new found freedom  ). That is just a birthday mom, why make a big deal out it. Who is with me, 40 is biggie! Any way we thought we would give it shot and do all the parks - my favorite attractions however.
I wanted to start with AK since the animals are always better in the morning. I love the safari, so we are going to hit that first. Then we will hit Everest followed by Kali rapids. Depending on the weather. If its cold I will save that for later in the week. Then we will finish AK by the lion king show. My absolute favorite show on property.

2nd park - Hollywood- TTSM, and I want to try out the new Star tours. Its new for us because we haven't been back since they revamped the ride. I am really excited to see what they did with it.

Then we have a lunch ressie at Yacht Club- Captain Grille. After lunch we are going to Epcot, to go soaring! maybe hit Test Track. (there are so many things I want to do at Epcot but that's for later in the week)

Then we are going to head back to the hotel for some down time.

Around 6 we will do MK for the evening, I will finish it off with the Desert Party and watch wishes.
Pretty darn good bday if you ask me :)
Day 3- Is my Son Alex's Day

He actually turns 8 on Easter so he kinda got a bum deal for birthday party this year. But he seems ok to go to Disney in its place :D

My son loves, LOVES dinosaurs so we are starting the day at AK for Dinoland! we will spend a good part of the morning and early afternoon in AK. Then we have a lunch Ressie at T-REX in Downtown. Nice way to cap the dino Theme.
we will head back to the hotel for some down time and end the night at HS. I know my DH wants to take him on Rockin' Roller coater. I did this once with my oldest daughter years ago, NEVER again. I don't do upside down very well. hahao_O

Day 4 -
We have actually never made it to a rope drop before, we will today at MK. We are hoping to get on some of the prime rides before our mid-morning resise @ Crystal Palace. This is our one and only character meal, but we always love the palace! Then after breakfast/lunch. hang out at MK for a few more hours and head back to hotel for some down time
Then we will close out the night at EP, I really love this park hopefully the boys wont get too bored.

Day 5- is much like day 4, we are starting our day at MK but before we do we have a breakfast at Kona. I have always wanted to try their French toast. Everyone always said is soo good. Have to try it. Then its off the MK. Hopefully we will be there long enough so we can try BOG for lunch. Tried and tried to get dinner res there - no luck so lunch will be 2nd best thing. Then in the evening we are headed to Epcot again. We have ressie at Coral Reef, but I am really on the fence on that one. We have done it a few times. The only thing we really enjoy is the huge tank, of course the food is good. But we have eaten their twice and both times our service was blah, the first time we felt we were being rushed since we were a late dinner ressie. last time he just seemed to distracted. So we may just end up at a counter that night, which would be totally fine with me.

Day 6- We are going to start our morning at AK, Finish up the non dino areas lol :D probably spend a good amount of the morning their, then head to downtown Disney for some shopping. Then we will head back to the hotel for some down time. That evening we are going to finish up HS and have a dinner Ressie at Sci-Fi dinner just for my DH, this place fits him to a T, He loves these kinda movies.

Day 7- This will either be a waterpark day or hanging out in the resort for most of the day. Then we will head to MK for one last hurrah! plus is evening magic hours! this will be our last night in the parks and will be sad:(
Day 8- Go home, our flight is at 2p. So we will get up and have breakfast - check in for our flights and then head off to the airport... Is been fun Disney!

So that is my Pre-Trip in a nut shell. I am open to any suggestions you might have:D

we are almost a week out and I am trying to think of anything I might have forgotten.
We did end up purchasing the photo pass + I am really excited to take advantage of what
that has to offer.

So after contemplating I made Dinner res at the Rose and Crown, I heard great things about the place plus it has great seating for Illuminations. That so far is the only changes we have made so far. Going over the last
minute things we may have forgotten about.
