3 weeks out, any chance for booked fast passes

All I could get were PM fast passes. So if I want a sought after fast pass (Electric Parade as an example), do I have a shot? I think no as by the time I use my allotted 3, there will be nothing in the kiosks.

You shouldn't need a FP+ for the EP- we saw it by accident in a perfect uncrowded spot (over in front of the silhouette artist area at Liberty Square)- it seems that the majority of the crowd gathers further down in Frontierland. And when I say uncrowded, I mean there was almost nobody on our side of the street on a Sunday in the summer.

EP is a waste. If there are 2 showings - catch the second one it always less crowded and you can get a great spot along Main Street as well
