2028 Summer Olympics - Thinking About Going?

With the 2026 winter Olympics coming to a close in a couple days (this makes me sad ), figured I'd ask outta curiosity if any of you are planning already to be at DL / the Los Angeles area during the approaching 2028 summer games?

I've entered the lottery and am anxious to find out if I'll have a shot at getting a ticket. I'm more of a Winter Olympics guy myself, but no matter how chaotic it is, there will never be an Olympiad more convenient for me to visit.

Hard to say exactly what will happen in LA but at Disneyland Paris during the Paris Olympics the parks were dead.

I feel tourists who would usually have gone avoided like the plague due to higher costs and presumed crowds.
