The Disney Animation, Movies, TV, and Disney Plus sub-forum has become all box office all the time at the annoyance of some posters who just want to talk about Disney movies themselves. In fact I have noticed some have stop posting there at all with it being overrun by box office talk…I figured we can keep all general box office talk here
I will start us off… how about that Barbieheimer takeover of the theaters with both movies greatly over performing….Barbie now is looking at a 150 million +, while Oppenheimer is now expected to hit 75 million +… will see what happens in the next couple of days, but if that indeed takes place we could be looking at well over 300 million in the domestic marketplace….the first that has happened since pre-pandemic days
