2018 Races

No. The last race during a calendar year is the Super Heroes race in Disneyland around Veteran's Day in November. The last race in WDW during the year is the Wine and Dine the first weekend in November.
I would imagine between the holiday crowds and MK closing early for the Christmas party, throwing a race with all its crowds and road closures/delays would be a real mess. And the same for DLR.

Not currently. W&D at WDW and Super Heroes at DLR are both early November, but that's it until Marathon weekend at WDW in January. And I can't really see them adding more events due to schedules and what seems to be saturation.
