Are you able to get the Disney Dinning Plan if you stay at the Fort Wilderness Campground with a camper that you rent from Florida RV? What about staying in the Cabins at the Campground do you get the meal plan with them?

As long as you purchase a Magic Your Way Package, you can add the dining plan option, in other words, yes to both of your questions.

Why would you? I assume you have a kitchen in the RV and you do have a kitchen in the cabins. There's a small grocery store at Fort Wilderness...and I believe they deliver (or at least they used to).

Maybe they want to eat at some of the many amazing restaurants that is on Disney property instead of worrying about cooking every single meal.
