2017 DDP any updates?

My 180 day window is opening in a couple of days and I have couple quick questions for anyone using the 2017 DDP.
1) Are you still able to exchange unused QS credits for snacks and if so, is it still 3 snacks per QS or 2?
2) Can you still exchange your drink for a snack item at QS location?
2) Has anyone tried to use their credits at the TS restaurants in Disney Springs? They still haven't updated the brochures. It seems especially late this year.
I look forward to hearing from any of you lucky people who are at Disney right now.

First of all ... YAYY YOU'RE GOING BACK AGAIN!
second ... I'm pretty sure the rules have not changed as far as swapping the QS for 3 snacks, as well as being able to swap out the drink for the snack or vise versa.
third ... I wouldn't be worried about the no updates with Disney Springs restaurants. It will definitely tell you in your confirmation email for the ADR whether or not they will take the DDP and if applicable 2 credits. I think if there were places that previously accepted DDP in Disney Springs and now stopped we would for sure see somebody post about it here on wdwmagic.

Food is going to be a big part of this trip. Hopefully we can try some places that are a little more out-of-the-way or have a more adventurous menu. We're also going to make full use of that second snack on the 2017 DDP

Awesome!!!! I'm excited about the second snack too. Food is a big part of the trip for us lol. We love trying all the different types of food and new restaurants.

Great news about second snack especially since we are going during f & w festival. I am also very interested in the Disney springs restaurants that will accep the ddp. Have tried most of the restaurants that appeal to us in wdw now so something new would be nice.

With so many new restaurants opening in Disney Springs (and elsewhere) the dining plan will make it nice to try the new places. I have noticed over the years, though, that they aren't always quick to get the list of participating restaurants together. This results in some very nervous travelers wondering if their reservations will be covered by their dining plan. We've been there, but our choices always ended up on the list - hope that trend continues. Also curious about The Edison, I looked up their Cal. website, they have a dress code. Has anyone heard if that will be the case in Disney Springs?

I noticed that the new instructions don't say anything about being able to swap your QS drink for a dessert or a snack anymore. I hope we are still able to do it. I really enjoyed that option in November.

For some reason Homecoming isn't on the official updated list but on the restaurant profile itself it is included, so hopefully that is correct!

Update: Apparently QS credits are being traded in for 2 snacks now. This was confirmed to me by an acquaintance who just returned from Disney.
...and the Disney mom's panel (although they aren't always the most reliable).

Yeah I've heard that as well, makes sense I guess as dessert has been removed. Anyone on the QSDP has therefore in effect lost out on the equivalent of a snack credit a day as they've lost dessert twice but only gained a single snack credit.
