They haven't even released Food & Wine events and info yet for Epcot. Those are released mid July and Candlelight info is usually released sometime after that. So it will likely be another month or more before any CP package bookings start.

Good news!!! No not all narrators are listed yet but..
The CP dining packages went live today to book. I was able to book mine for 12/4 at Via Napoli.
