2013 10 Miler and promo's

Would anyone be able to tell me when to expect the announcement for the 2013 Tower of Terror 10 miler? I would assume the run would again be in September so I am also curious what discounts and promos will most likely be announced.
We have been to the world in September before I I know we have used free dinning plan, but I can't remember when it's announced. We have also used the 30% discount for a past January stay but Im not sure if they have anything like that for September.

Any help would be great and thanks in advance.

Don't book anything yet. Recent race literature from Marathon Weekend has indicated that the race is going to be in October. No specific days yet...just "October."

Registration opened last year around Valentine's Day, so hopefully they will announced something in the next month or two.

Just a quick update in case anybody was following info on the Tower of Terror run, I found this on the Run Disney Volunteer page, looks like the race is scheduling for September still
