2007 rates!

I just recieved my confirmation for my January 2007 trip w/ the POR king bed rates. I booked this room only reservation in march with a deposit equal to one nights stay at $195. I never recieved a mailed confirmation until now.

For a king bed room at Port Orleans Riverside the rate is $185 per night. So roughly $30 more than last year at the same time.

I went to disney.com to see if my reservation show up yet and i have to put in my confirmation number in order to see it. It still does not give me a total and how much I still need to pay. I'm guessing they are lagging behind as usual.

Anyone have any other rate confirmations? I guess the ticket rates and dining plan rates will be out at the end of the month for 2007.

From what I've read online, Disney is currently in the process of inputting the rates for 2007 into their system. They typically do this one resort (or possibly resort class) at a time. Once a particular resort's rates are done, they're loaded into the system. The system then mails out the confirmations with the actual rates on them. This is also when CRO gets the rates, so conceivably you could call and be able to get definite rates for some resorts and not for others.
As for the website, they require the rates to be loaded all at once, so it's an "all or nothing" type of setup. Once the last resort's rates are finalized, all resort rates will be loaded into the website at one time.

I recieved a second confirmation today in the mail. My new (and final) rate for january 2007 king bed room at POR is $160 per night. That is alot better.

2007 reservations

Hard To Believe, But I've Called 3 Different Times In The Past 3 Weeks To Make Reservations @ The Contemporary For Feb. 2007...I requested A Room In The Tower And The Only Room Available Was A Club Room...there Aren't Any Other Rooms Available. Is It Possible That More Rooms Available After The "official Price Change"?

I just called to check the 2007 rates for Yacht Club. They have them now and the rate for our room only ressie didn't change at all! YEAH! They said check back in June about adding a package to it.:sohappy:
