Is talking Mickey always at the Town Square Theater? And, Where is Lucky?

Lucky is not around central Florida these days, I don't believe.

I'm not positive but I don't think talking Mickey does meet and greets.

Talking Mickey is always at Town Square Theater. Lucky is gone

On every visit, talking Mickey was at the theater on Main Street. Not sure who you are referring to by Lucky, but if you mean Oswald, I don't think I've ever seen him within WDW

Talking Mickey does do meet and greets. He was inside the building on Main Street where his meet n' greet is and I got a picture with him he asked us where we were from and if we drove or flew.

There was some awkward pauses though. It was kind of creepy to be honest!

Lucky pulled a cart on the tarred road by the carnival rides in Dinoland in AK. He was there only for a short time then was taken away. We got to see him on only one trip. There was talk about frequent mechanical issues.
It was a unique sight and would have been a great addition to the park had he stayed around.

Poor @Lucky. We've both been PUSHed out of the parks.
