I have two questions.

The last time I was at Disney the Great Movie Ride Alien Scene was dark, we just rode through. Is that scene still there or is it gone?

Also, someone told me that there is wishing well in the MK by the castle. I've been to the MK many times before but never saw this. Where is it? Would like to go to it when I go this time.

1) The Alien scene is Still There and has not changed ever since the attraction opened..

While this pic is old the Well is still where it stands...To the right side of Cinderella Castle...

Thanks! I went to Disneyland and saw Snow White's Wishing well and thought it would be nice to see this one. I never seem to go over where it is so I guess that's why I missed. Looks kinda romantic

I believe that the smoking area WAS on the left side of the castle. I don't remember one being by the well. Also the one on the left has been moved and is no longer there, to my knowledge.

A lot of guests miss the wishing well because it is kind of hidden away. I always visit the wishing well on my final day of vacation and make my wish that I will return next year. I have seen several guys propose to their GF's there because it makes a great backdrop and is a very photogenic area. Lots of guests do sit on the wall past the well area and puff away on those cigarettes, no one patrols the area and stops them.
There is a Snow White wishing well also at EP in Germany.

Waiting to see Merida with my 9 yr old DD, I got to see quite a bit of the wishing well (Merida was located where Tangled M&G is on the map).

Gotcha it must have changed since the last time I was over in that area a year or two ago and when I walked right through where the crane usually sits is where it was..

No, you could be right... they had just moved it from the left side and that may well be where people ended up going. I'm in favor of having places for smokers to go and Disney does a terrible job at identifying and having enough areas so they end up with people just smoking wherever the want too. It is a classic example of trying to force an issue in a way that doesn't work.

The first one shown is in the Magic Kingdom, in the location shown on the map.

The second one, the one that you cannot walk all of the way around, is in the Epcot Germany pavilion - oops - just at saw that you said that....
