1) When we stayed at CBR in '98 the maid took my sons stuffed animals and did cute things with them in our room even putting them in the window awaiting our return. Do they do that at the AS Movies?
2) I asked this in another thread and it got lost. What is Operation Toy Story at MGM?
Thanks!

In response to your first question....I think it all depends on the individual you get for your room. When at other resorts, we have come back to our room with towels shaped into animals lying on our bed. It's a rather nice touch.

I'm not quite sure what the Toy Story thing is though.

Also in answer to your first question: I've heard the chances of finding little surprises in your room are enhanced if you leave a daily tip for the "mousekeepers."

when we stayed at AS Movies in May/June of 02 the "mousekeepers" were great at leaving little surprises for the kids with the stuffed animals, toys, etc!

Buzz and Woody Find a New Mission in "Operation: TOY STORY" - The "Toy Story Parade" will wind its way through the streets of Disney-MGM Studios for the final time June 8, but the "toys" are back in town June 9 on a new mission to meet the guests of Disney-MGM Studios. "Operation: TOY STORY" features the Green Army Men Van and a wagon filled with a mountain of toys. The caravan down New York Street brings Woody, Buzz and their friends out to sign autographs and pose for pictures. Sarge and his troop of Green Army Men call the shots during the 20 minute session in which guests also can meet Bo Peep, Rocky Gibraltar and Troll. "Operation: TOY STORY" will complete two missions each day.

I wouldnt tell your kids about the special things mousekeeping does just yet. When we went last year and stayed at POR, I told the kids about the things they do in advance but each day when we returned to our room...nothing. We left them a hefty tip each night and even tried to stimulate them by putting the stuffed animals and toys in funny situations with the tip but nothing worked. The kids were dissapointed, I shouldnt have opened my mouth. :(
