2 Questions about 4th FP+ Selection

I'm taking my five-year-old son to WDW for the weekend, starting tomorrow at the RYDS event. I have FP+ selections chosen already, everything all set. Just had two quick questions if anybody can help.

1. Have they made it possible to select a 4th (5th, etc) FP+ selection via the MyDisneyExperience app yet, or do you still need to do it from a kiosk?

2. If I have FP+ scheduled for rides at 2, 3, and 4pm tomorrow, what do you think my odds are of getting a FP+ for preferred viewing for Wishes as my 4th after that?

2. I imagine all FP+ for Wishes for this big event are already gone.
