i've created 2 different new attractions that I feel would go in very well in the Disney/MGM Studios. Here is a preview of these 2 new attractions:

Attraction #1 Teaser:
"A New New wave of Japanese film makers have decided to shoot their Newest and most expensive movie Right here in the Disney/MGM Studios. If You are lucky enough, you might be able to sneak in as an extra or maybe even play a major role in the film. What is this big movie you ask? Well, most of the facts about this new movie has been kept under tight lock and key but rumour has it is that it's going to use some of the most advanced robotics in the world and is said to be a remake of a blockbuster Japanese classic"

"One thing is for sure, Its Roar is louder than your Scream"

Well that was the teaser for the first attraction sorry about the cheesy "roar" motto, I'll change it when I figure out something better. Here is the teaser for the 2nd Attraction:

Attraction #2 Teaser:
"People have been wondering just how much magic is involved in the creation of some of Disney's most magical movies. Here in the Disney/MGM Studios, weve decided to finally let the "magic" out of the hat"

Well there you go, in the coming days/weeks/months, I shall slowly unveil a detailed "ride-through" of these 2 new attractions.

Thoughts? Suggestions? :)

Attraction #1 Pre-Show and queue area:

A Tour guide invites you into a large soundstage and gives a brief history of the Toho Company a film company that has taken the huge soundstages of the Disney-MGM Studios. The Guide tells us that Toho, along with 2 other movie studios have decided to collaborated in order to great what is the most technologically advanced movie of the year without the aid of computer generated imagery. How will they do this? By the use of actual robots!

Suddenly a loud roar is heard throuout the studio and out of a door behind the tour guide comes a bumbling American Translator and who appears to be a Japanese Director.

The director gives a very very long rant to the tour guide in japanese. It is evident that the director is quite upset and very irrate. The translator later translates it by saying "We need more extras" After a long bi-lingual argument it is decided that the guests would be taken in to the movie to be the extras.

Sweet! A Godzilla attraction! Only thing I find dissapointing is the whole "Gojira movie done with robots." idea. I hope there is just a fun Godzilla attraction similar to the plans they had for the Epcot one as a companion attraction to this. How about a new area called Toho Backlot or something. You could also have a new version of the "Big Pool" that Toho used for the water scenes in special effects films for a water stunt show thing with Godzilla attacking some ships and maybe a fight with another monster.

Thanks for all the comments here is what happens for the first part of the Godzilla "attraction"

The guide along with who looks like a stage director leads us to a theater wear we are all told to just relax and enjoy the movie shown. We are each seated at the balcony of the theater. We notice the guide and director fighting about something concerning what we "should know" about the scene. we later hear a voice yell out:

"Lights!" The entire theater goes dark

"Camera!" We see about 10 to 12 red lightbulbs light up from a distance

"Action!" The screen lights up and we see footage from the original Godzilla movie.

Everything seems creepy as the movie rolls. We slowly see Godzilla rise from the water at tokyo bay, but something looks different...wait....something "sounds" different. The Roars seems much, much louder than the film itself.

Suddenly our seats begin to bounce slowly as if something big was stomping then the ALL the lights go out.

We then hear the roar again but now the entire balcony is shaking and we see the roof go down as a giant reptilian foot stomps down at the theater floor amidst loud roars.

and then......"AND CUT!!!" yells the director.

The tour guide comes back telling us "good job" and other movie/acting related compliments for us. The guide now tells us that she/he will now take us to see the new monorail system that the Toho company has donated to the resort.

As we exit the "Set" we notice the director is arguing with someone again and it sounds serious.

Sounding better with that nod to the original. Did you consider my plans of the Toho Backlot idea? The area in general could be as if Toho is producing the movie and you would see all of the special effects scenes being done. I want a Big Pool stunt show dangit!
