2:00 Park Reservation Question

Sorry if this has been gone over before, but we are planning a possible visit sometime later on and are we wondering what the current rule is.

We are looking to spend some full days in the parks, which require reservations, but on other days, we intend to visit other places and would like to drop into a park sometime in the later afternoon (post 2:00). My question is, if we want to wander into a park after 2:00, do we still have to have a reservation?

We would be using a 14 day Magic Ticket, which replaced the 14 day Park Hopper ticket.

You need a reservation.

Just make a reservation for the park you think you'd be most likely to go to. They're extremely easy to modify same-day if you decide you want to go elsewhere.

Only annual pass holders can enter parks after 2pm (with reservations For MK on weekends still required), so unless you have an AP, you will need a park reservation still (and tap inot that park first if you are going to hop after Sam to a new park)

Not sure that’s what you meant to say.

Everyone needs reservations no matter what time they intend to go to the parks, other than AP holders.

AP holders can enter the parks after 2pm without reservations, but at the weekends they must still book if they want to go to MK.

That answer was given before we knew what type of ticket the OP had, to be fair.

AP holders do not need reservations for entry after 2pm, except for MK at the weekends.

Everyone else does need reservations.

Remember you need only the park for your morning to be a reservation. You can simply hop after 2PM. Its only if your first visit is after 2PM that you dont need any form of reservation (but this is only for AP holders)
