19 Thanksgiving Trips

Hi Everybody. I am heading down to Disney World for my 19th Thanksgiving trip in a row!! This year I am talking my 7 month old son for the 1st time. Any ideas what park I should take my seven month old and any suggested rides? Previous years I have headed to WDW with my parents, sisters family, inlaws and sister and brother in law so I am a pro at the parks, but it is all new for me with an infant. We have several character breakfast experiences planned so he can meet the characters, but not sure about the parks. Any info would be helpful. Thanks!! I would take him to AK for the animals and shows and then try to hit the parade at MK.

Dumbo, Aladdin's Carpets, Carrousel, It's a Small World, Peter Pan (Basically Fantasyland/New Fantasyland), and parades day & night w/ naps at hotel in between. The WDW Railroad too.
Animal Kingdom Rafiki's Planet Watch to take the train over to the "petting zoo". Afternoon Jingle Jungle Parade.
DHS perhaps Disney Jr. and the day parade.
EPCOT Nemo and Mexico boat ride.
