12:00 AM or 7:00 AM Fastpass+ booking 60 days out?

Ok have read here several times its now 7:00am but in my brand new 2017 unofficial guide it states several times it begins at 12:00AM? So tomorrow is my big day to do this and wondering if anyone has tried it prior to 7AM and had access for FP+.......thanks
