Here is a article I found on the WESH website talking about the extension of 100 Years of Magic and a few other news bits.

Disney Announces Changes To Theme Parks
100 Years Of Magic Celebration Extended Through February

Disney's big 100 Years of Magic celebration will now be 100 years and about five months of magic celebration.

The four-park celebration started last October. It marked the 100th anniversary of Walt Disney's birth.

A Disney spokesman said the celebration's been such a hit, the party's being extended through February.

Several other changes for the theme parks were announced on Wednesday.

Company officials called the changes a major expansion of entertainment.
Among the changes, more character meet and greets, both at the Magic Kingdom and at EPCOT.

The "Beauty and the Beast" live stage show at Disney-MGM Studios is expanding to seven days a week.

EPCOT's International Food and Wine Festival will now include an "Eat to the Beat" music series, featuring The Temptations Review, Sister Sledge and Chubby Checker, among other performers.

The "Hunchback of Notre Dame's" seven-year run of performances ends Sept. 28 at Disney-MGM Studios. It's already run twice as long as scheduled.

The expansion also means new jobs. Disney officials said they will be hiring 450 full- and part-time workers.
