10 days Theme Parks + 10 water park & more options = 14 days, right?

So I have a ticket question I hope someone can help me with. Some people are telling me that you can't do this, but I believe I've done this before. So our family will have the 10 day ticket with park hopper and water park and more options. My understanding is that I can do this in 14 consecutive days:

Days 1 and 2: PH between the 4 major theme parks
Day 3: Use 2 options to water park and mini golf
Days 4,5,6: the 4 parks
Day 7: 2 options
Day 8,9,10: the 4 parks
Day 11: 2 options
Day 12 and 13: the 4 parks
Day 14: use options

You have this exactly right. 10 beginning of day park entrances (and hopping after) as well as 10 option entrances. So you can go to the water park 10 times, or 5 water park and 5 mini golf, or 5 water park, 2 DQ, and 3 mini golf, etc.
