I will add segments as time goes but I wanted to add the things that stuck out at me:
PIRATES OTC: who ever Disney paid to refurb this ride should ask for a refund. We rode 4 times, got stuck 3 of those times over 20min and one of those three were evacuated off the ride. There seemed to me there were a ton of added props that made it feel cluttered. The new battle scene between the fort and Barbosa was great though! better lighting and the air cannon that shoots you was a great added surprise.
Stich's great escape: Horrible condition! it hit e-stop on us and we had to move chambers. just overall huge amounts of dust collect, the "chamber glass filthy, paint was all peeling.
Splash mountain: For this time of year (pre annual tune up) I was so happy to see most if not all the effects working! jumping water, all AA units, made me so happy since that is one of my favorites!
Ate at Hoop Dee Doo, Chef Mickey's, Ohana, Rainforest Café, Mama Melrose's, Crystal palace, and all were very very good!
Stayed at Coronado springs. Very nice quiet place. buses were easy to catch and running close together. The quick service place there (pepper market?) was fantastic for both breakfast and lunch.
Did MNSSHP and that's always a treat. got a ton of photo pass shots that night, saw hocus pocus, boo to you, and hallowishes. I find it funny that Disney now turn on sprinklers in areas to stop the building and rides from catching fire during the fireworks.
