1 Year Anniversary - First Time to Disney World!

Howdy folks,

My wife and I are celebrating our one year anniversary at Disney World in June, and we have never been before! I have our hotel, flights and park tickets booked, but I need the help of some Disney experts to figure out how we should structure our trip. We fly in on a Thursday, and will be checked in and ready to hit the Park around 12:30-1PM, and we fly out on 4:30PM the following Monday. We are staying at the Wilderness Lodge.

From what I hear, I am fairly certain that the Magic Kingdom will be out favorite place, so I was thinking of doing a day and a half there, but I wasn't sure how much time we should spend at the other parks? It sounds like Epcot has a TON to do, so that would definitely be a fully day, and Animal Kingdom has not as much to do, so maybe that is a half day? As you can see, I would love some advice.

Additionally, I would love your advice on what attractions at each park to FastPass ahead of time.

Thanks!

Welcome aboard

Typically, Magic Kingdom and EPCOT are BOTH 2 day parks, Hollywood Studios a day and Animal Kingdom can be done in less than a day. This clearly doesn't fit in with the length of your stay.

Are your park tickets Hopper Tickets ?

Arrival Day - Hollywood Studios

Departure Day - Animal Kingdom

Friday, Saturday & Sunday - split between MK and EPCOT (This is where a Hopper may be useful).

Yes you should be able to call and add the park hopper to your tickets. For a short stay it would probably be a good idea, Animal Kingdom and Hollywood Studios could both be covered in one day. Start at Animal Kingdom in the morning and then the evening in Hollywood Studios ending with Fantasmic, leaving the rest of your trip to split between Magic Kingdom and Epcot.

Don't forget to call your resort and tell them of your celebration! (also your ADR's if you made any) A little extra magic from the start :D

And wear your buttons!
