“View Charges” not showing on MDE

Hi all, I am currently on a WDW trip. I knew several months back, MDE provides an update to where you could see room charges/dining entitlements.

However, I’m not seeing that option anywhere on my app, and I can’t find an answer anywhere online. Did they take that away? Do I have to activate something?

Are you DVC members by any chance? It doesn't work for DVC for some unknown reason.

In that case I would go the front desk of your resort or GS. I'm out of ideas!

DVC members can view room charges (ours have appeared), but not Dining Plan Credits.
