That's normal though. Lots of movies and TV shows start sequels/more seasons before the first one is even out.

This is how you get people to pay for Mulan VOD. Tell them that there is a sequel, giving people the impression that the first one is SO good. It probably will be good, but having a rumor for a sequel makes people think they have a TON of confidence in the first one.

I think this is a smart move. I said it in the other thread. I have no real issue with this strategy. I won't rent it because I won't support the remake cash grab nonsense. But if it was marvel, star wars... I'd be in.

I'll wait for the DVD. No way I'm paying $30 when I'm the only one in the house who will watch it.

Its funny. Years back I believe it was Microsoft using Kinect, developed software that would track how many people were watching a movie. This way they could charge based on how many were veiwing. At the time people lost their minds. Looking back, not a bad idea.
