    Universal UK?

That was nothing to do with Paramount. An independent company licensed their IP but Paramount withdrew the license when it was obvious the company wasn’t going anywhere with construction. That park was planned on awkward land in an area with bad transportation links and wetlands that got...

    TWO RESTAURANTS GOING DOWNHILL

In 2016 when we went to 'Ohana and they used the skewers it was still only chicken thigh, beef and shrimp from the skewers, plus wings as an appetiser. Don't think they've served pork in a very very long time? At Cali Grill I think the prices meant it was $80+ for three courses anyway, so many...

    Universal UK?

The UK currently has both theme parks and amusement parks. Generally the ones previously Tussauds owned and now Merlin Entertainments are theme parks, they are not just off the shelf rides plonked down, they use landscaping and themed structures to improve the experience. Alton Towers has a lot...

    Universal UK?

Yep this. They acknowledged it way earlier than they wanted to due to people on forums finding out the details. It’s not significantly started the planning process yet, it’s more about negotiating tax breaks and similar too. They also want the council and government onside so they can submit...

Universal Epic Universe (South Expansion Complex) - Opens May 22 2025

If people of all relevant age to ride aren’t engaged by Stardust Racers as a rollercoaster then adding an IP wouldn’t make any difference. Velocicoaster would still be a fantastic ride without the dinosaurs, the people who would choose not to ride because it’s a big scary rollercoaster are not...

Universal Epic Universe (South Expansion Complex) - Opens May 22 2025

Pretty certain others have said on forums like this before that Universal would like to limit the number of hotel guests with express pass, but the contracts with Loews for those original three hotels have it in them so they can’t get rid.

Universal Epic Universe (South Expansion Complex) - Opens May 22 2025

What would impact your decision then? Why choose Helios and not Royal Pacific?

Universal Epic Universe (South Expansion Complex) - Opens May 22 2025

I don’t think it’s surprising, the current parks can’t add yet more people with unlimited express pass without impacting the main queues or reducing the ability to sell express. The new park is unlikely to offer express for the foreseeable future. I would expect Helios to be priced accordingly...

Disney/Raglan Road Sued Over Food Allergy Death

Yep I don’t see why Disney would be at fault at all. Would someone be taking action against Simon Property Group when they got ill dining at Five Guys at the Florida Mall? I don’t see why a landlord would be involved in the actions of staff they do not employ.

News Cars-Themed Attractions at Magic Kingdom

It’s not the specific attractions being removed that are the issue it’s more the loss of the river view and general feeling of space in that part of the park. Especially when the studios park in Paris is adding a huge lake to make the park feel less of a concrete mess.

News Cars-Themed Attractions at Magic Kingdom

But this isn’t about Tom Sawyer and the river not being “trendy” it’s about no longer having water and peaceful views in the middle of a busy theme park.

    Magic Band or Card?

No free magic bands anymore. You can use MobileMagic pass in your phones wallet or get a card from the hotel.

Universal Epic Universe (South Expansion Complex) - Opens May 22 2025

The show is the C or D ticket. Diagon Alley works well enough with most people entering and going straight ahead. Yes there is a loop back round to exit, but the main walkway ahead to the dragon doesn’t get as backed up as it could.

Is the Spirit of Aloha dinner show coming back?

Being from the UK and therefore getting our free dining offer now for next year, we've just booked the Poly for November 2025. I'd assumed there wouldn't be any construction at the time but I'm now wondering if there will be some other issue. As long as Trader Sam's is still open though...

Do any carts in Epcot Germany sell Spezi?

Would that work? It’s got pulp bits on that Fanta hasn’t. Do you have a link to this? I’d be surprised if they changed the whole of Europe to an inferior product.

Do any carts in Epcot Germany sell Spezi?

The colour difference between UK/EU Fanta and the US one is very noticeable!

Yep anyone currently holding an AP only has admission to the current parks. I doubt they will offer an AP including Epic for the first few months at least.

It’s not inconveniencing me, just doesn’t provide any information. The photos and captions from Bio do as the caption usually explains the context. this is what I meant, the video (and it’s title) doesn’t provide any information unless you take the time to watch it. Whereas stating “the video...
