Would not be surprised if we see some local residents only allowed for a partial test run in late June, with a July 4th target to reopen in the same way Shanghai has done.
July 4th is the target date.
Looks like Tampa is about to go into a "Shelter in Place" for 2 weeks. I just don't see anything returning to normal before April 15th.
That said... Disney opening again is going to be one epic event I don't want to miss!!
