Just look right across Kirkman Road. The Major Blvd area. A couple hotels that could be purchased and converted or cleared for more space. And a ton of empty open space all the way back to the turnpike. Universal has a keen eye on this property and has the resources to buyout current residence.

You can see plenty of show buildings all around Disney! This would be my favorite example. Right behind Mainstreet next to the bathrooms on your way to Tomorrowland Noodle station you can see this! An un-themed show building with dirty dusty vents, exposed pipes and electrical wires everywhere...

That fact that more people will buy a two park ticket instead of just one will increase attendance and revenue and put both Unversal Orlando parks over the attendance of HS and AK this year. That's basic business economics!

You mean timeless attractions like a FROZEN ATTRACTION!!!! Transformers is one of the highest grossing moving franchises ever with over 1 billion dollars in box office revenue. And the attraction is more state of the art than anything that has come out of Disney in years!!!
