I cannot imagine how many decades it would take for Disney to build something like this. And I'm not exaggerating, the number of fiscal years they would look to spread that investment over would be too many to comprehend in the modern Disney building era.

Can someone explain how the Olympics and all the tourism it supposedly brings to a city, ie Paris, causes a negative attendance situation at the Paris theme park?
