That would be me! Started late then had to take 12 days off to rest a sore hip. I did 6 miles yesterday. Planning runs of 3, 6 and 10 miles this week and definitely doing a Galloway run/walk. I think I will be in survival mode by about mile 5 on Sunday!

I did that same thing in a half last weekend...basically walked through the water stations which were about 1.5 - 1.9 miles apart. Worked great for me too!

I don't have much to add except to say welcome and glad you found this forum! You are right about the cameraderie on this site. It is the best and has become my first stop for all things running, Disney-related or not.
