Excited to hear crowd levels are low! Any info about crowd levels specifically at MNSSHP? We're going on Friday and I know it's usually more crowded than the weekday parties but I'm just curious if the levels are lower as well?

I like to check wait times via the app to get a sense on crowd levels before we head to WDW and was completely surprised to see rides like Ariel with a 35 min. wait time. I also haven't been able to get decent FPs for next week. If there's a slowdown, I'm not seeing it from the reservations end...

Yes, at 6pm (earlier this year?). But that's only Tuesday and Friday? Monday and Wednesday MK closes at 8pm :(

I have to say I was disappointed to see that the week we're going in Sept. the park will close most nights at 8pm? Is this typical this time of the year? Is it even dark at that point for the Fireworks? I know AK and HS are kind of stingy with the park hours but geez, MK too?? Ugh.

I'm right there with you about being a Disney nut! Thank you! We're coming from PA that week where one of the Jewish holidays fall smack in the middle of the week so I don't feel as guilty pulling my teens out of school!

Does Trip insurance cover hard ticket events? How about a week of Park Tickets (Park Hopper)? I usually just get insurance for the airfare but I'm just curious because since I'm going hurricane season and the event tickets are non-refundable.:confused:

Guess the "good old days" are gone of going on a ride, getting off and running through the queue to ride it again :confused:

We usually go the 2nd week in October (4 times) - progressively higher crowd levels every year (I'm assuming with the popularity MNSSHP and the W&FF) I can't tell you the amount of times I was either hit by a stroller or a scooter the last time we went then. End of August (2 times) - Not too...

That's what I thought and in years past most schools in the North/Mid have their breaks then but I didn't factor in the Southern schools that go back before Labor Day.
