Buzz is looking rough. I think it's pretty dated-looking at this point and the plywood cutout aliens look terrible. The DL version is way better IMO.

We've been to all four parks many, many times and have not once been evacuated off a ride. We have, however, gotten stuck on several. There was one time where I thought we would have to be evacuated off HM- we were stuck for about 45 minutes.
