I do feel like ending was a bit abrupt. They should have returning to the ship and and had some “let’s try this” plan. I wonder if the next episode will be more stuff on this planet or if they are moving on to someplace else
That is basically what I was thinking. A quick serve near the pool that functioned as a pool food/bar but with proper orientation could also be the place to pick up snacks or a light meal for something in the hotel not using the bar. Wouldn't have to be a huge footprint or anything overly...
I’m too lazy to look but was the $17B said to be specifically for WDW or was it “in Florida”? I ask because the latter could conceivably include investments related to the cruise line (especially things at the port).
I’ve generally thought that copying It’s a Bugs Land (RIP) in DAK would work well. Probably without the Tuck and Roll ride. None of the rides (or the splash pad) were greatness but I think it reasonably fits the theme for DAK and could be added quickly and cheaply to add to the ride count...
I think it would better as an all ages non thrill ride (water ride but no big drop) that is inside and weather independent to operate. But even a Splash type ride would help
Absolutely, I count that last Clone Wars season there. And Rebels, Bad Batch, Visions, Tales of the Jedi - all quite good.
I’ll admit I gave up on Resistance after the first season. Maybe it got better but I didn’t care enough to find out.
Absolutely. I’m just saying that many people seem to discount the animated shows for Star Wars. Outside of Resistance, I actually have really enjoyed all the Disney SW animated stuff including the shorts. I definitely think Bad Batch in particular deserves more attention as it was very good.
Personally I’m not a big fan of Andor - I’d rate Ahsoka higher - but it at least was well made.
But more importantly I want to give a shout out to The Bad Batch which is also a very good series (albeit animated).
Really enjoying this. Finally a Star Wars show since Mando that just seems to want to have fun, have some good relatable characters and tell an interesting story.
My whole family made it a point to set aside time tonight to watch it together. That rarely happens with especially with the kids...
I'm so tired of multiverses (and time travel) already. It's a stupid gimmick - fine in No Way Home as a one off but now it is just bogging down the entire MCU. And sucks for casuals as it makes it way too complicated.
I didn't mind the use in Deadpool & Wolverine only because it basically...
Really enjoyed the first two episodes, I just hope they stick the landing as they’ve already set up a good bit of intriguing mystery. And it feels like stuff that can expand SW canon in a natural way not being heavy handed. I do also like the glimpse of how “normal people” exist in SW (we got a...
They would have music at any show anyway. Do you really think a show featuring drones would be louder on the ground than RoL? It’s not like they’d be flying them right above animal enclosures
Yeah, I'm still expecting a new show to show up in 2027 when Tropical Americas opens. Once Dinosaur and TS close, the park really won't be able to support longer hours which would be needed to offer a nighttime show. But doing a show and longer hours in 2027 makes sense and that's something...
It fits fine with Tropical Americas and really is on that side. I don't know how it will be labelled in the interim but I expect it to continue to be part of the Tropical Americas/Dinoland space.
They need a well received night time show and another ride - with the logical choices being either a third ride in Pandora or a TLK ride. Ideally any additional ride would be family friendly and indoors though to compliment other offerings
