I think your definition of all the time for WDW is a little hyperbolic...including 9/11 I think its been 8 times total since the parks opened nearly 50 years ago and at least two if not three of those were in the same year (2004)

Actually, if it's immediate, it's almost certainly not food poisoning, but a reaction. Unless things have changed since my ServSafe sanitation classes, all food poisonings have incubation periods of at least 4-6 hours if not longer. People who get sick at the table and blame it on food...

Table Service is never going to have the capacity or guest count of a true QSR (nor should it). 13,000 sq. ft. is a big foot print for a table service, as long as there isn't much wasted space in it.

Background checks are not instantaneous unless they get access to government databases that are probably off limits to them. Not sure how they could do it with people who walk up, buy a ticket and go right into the park.

I never said they couldn’t. The only thing I’ve ever been arguing in this thread is the idea that they aren’t insured. Self insurance is still insurance. It’s just that instead of hiring a third party they basically create an in house insurance company. They don’t just sit around paying off...
