Times were over 100 minutes much of today. At 8pm (Hoopla start time), the wait time was 60 minutes. We waited almost 50 minutes, and that was taking the 'short cut' through the 2-man line. So, to answer my own question, yes, the line shortens during Hoopla and Fantasmic.

Does the standby wait for TSM go down dramatically (or at least a little) during these other events??
