Well, better to have the wind taken out of my sails now, rather than keep my hopes up! I guess I'll just have to console myself with the fact I will be in WALT DISNEY WORLD!!!:lol:

Oh my goodness, I am in the SAME boat you are in...I HAVE BEEN on an emotional roller coaster, and I too will be there next week! Let's just say Disney owes me this one sweet ride...I left the day before they opened SPLASH Mountain. So I am thinking with my soft-opening Kharma...we'll be riding...

You had said you waited all day...how many folks were waiting about 3pm or closer to when the ride opened? We are going to be in WDW next week and desperately want to ride this ride, we want to be prepared-but do not want to take a whole day to wait. Any words of advice??

Ok, I have read the "Possible" June 23rd soft opening date. And I have also read that it could be even SOONER than the near date. Being the eternal optimist that I am, I will put this out there. We are going to be at WDW June 13-20th... IF they were to have said soft openings how would we know...

How long do the CM previews generally last, and how long do you think it will be before the regular guests get to start riding MS? I know it is an impossible dream, but we are visiting WDW in a matter of weeks (June 16th) and I just figured I would wish upon that star!:fork:
