My friend and I are looking into going to WDW around May 20-25. When is the best time to book our trip? We want to stay at the grand floridian and want to do the water parks.

My friend and I are trying to decide when is the best time to go to Disney World. Our Spring Break is march 19 - 23 and then we are done with college by May 14. obviously price and crowds are very important but is there any other reasons why one may be better than the other? Thanks in advance!!
