Last September we witnessed several American guests being rude and even swearing at CM's for being re-routed from the very middle of the hub for flag retreat it really shocked us! we visit from the UK and decided to watch just out of interest and to learn something new, we were so surprised to...

You would think it's obvious right? I work in an airport and have to tell passengers every single day not to leave devices or bags unattended, some even question why or become aggressive about it :banghead: It blows my mind!
