Made fast pass + reservations and dining accommodations. Is there anything else I can do with them? I wish I could connect photo pass + before I get there but that is not available yet.

Our wedding Anniversary is on Dec 29th, but we do not have tickets that day to the parks. Where would be a great place to eat and celebrate? Can you access the parks for diner reservations or do you have to have tickets? Or should we wait till later on in the trip? Thanks
