Yes, there is also one on the other side of the hotel missing as well as the similar structures at beach club that are missing. I noticed they were gone last February and they still have not returned.

Well this was underwhelming…

Most music isn't through CD's these days, I would be surprised. But it wouldn't be unreasonable to put a digital album on iTunes or another downloadable/streaming service. I would definitely be skeptical of a CD though.

Yes all indoor locations including indoor queues. Masks required at marquee entrance points to an attraction, stores, restaurants, etc.
