Hi Guys, What's the standard format for a reservation number that I can use to make ADRs? I gave Virgin Holidays a call and got a number in the following format: LLNNNNNNNNNNNN (Where L is a letter and N is a number) Is this correct? Thanks.

Does Shamu Rocks run until Labor Day or the 1st of September? We went last year on the 5th and it wasn't running and we're looking to go at the same time this year.
