What I found intresting is that it did not say anything on the flyer about the dining plan change. Do they mention it when you book or do you just get surprised next year.

Yes, the flyer did say five days, however based on my experiance that is not a hard rule. We just got back tuesday and took advantage of this years plan. When we booked they where advertising a 5 day package, however we where able to book for only 3 nights.

In my opinion, there is no wrong time to get a birthday pin. I really do not think Disney cares, if they did they would ask you for proof. Although some people may abuse it, I think most people are wearing the pin to celebrate a special day belated or not. Go for it! and enjoy the day.

We have stayed at Movies and Pop and will be staying at music next week. We are also a DVC member and have stayed at some of the higher end resorts. I dont know what it is but I really like the all stars. Perhaps it is the food court as you get more counter service choices then say board walk.

I agree completely with Enderikari summation. Most of the things people mentioned as worst decisions I don't even remember. Although I loved 2K the last time I visited I did not realize it was gone. I think the meals at the Land are some of the best that Disney has to offer and I can't wait...

Most of the snack bars will fill your water bottle with ice and water at no charge. We carry an insulated one and it stays cold for a long time.

Every time we visit Disney, the kids want to go to sci-fi. The food is ok and the atmosphere is great. Our favorite is bomas and I would rate 50's primetime higher then sci-fi. Defiantly try it!

To me meaningful meant that they would remember. So I guess the question should be at what age is it meaningful and what is meaningful to you.

Thanks for the clarification. I guess you just never know at what age your kids might or might not remember an experience. I would be interested in knowing what other people think a meaningful age is

Not sure what you mean by that? As much as I enjoy Disney we did not go until my yongest was 6.
