Planning our first trip back since 2005!

Because of various reasons, we haven't been to WDW since December 2005. However, we're planning to make a trip next month (May 2010). The last time we went, my children were 4 and 1. They don't really remember much about the previous trip. Would it be wrong for us to get "First Visit"...

    Rumors from the Boat Captain

I would imagine that he was referring to flex-fuels. My understanding is that those fuels offer less energy per gallon than regular gas or diesel. So, you need more of that fuel to go as far. But, they're better for the environment.

Well, I can tell you that from all reports, the buses that were supplied to the city of Seattle were successful in reducing fuel usage. But like any internal combustion engine, it relies heavily on the weight of the driver's right foot. Easy starts and maintaining even speeds will save fuel...

    Rumors from the Boat Captain

Disney and GM have a relationship. GM has provided HYBRID buses for the city of Seattle. So, if you put two-and-two together, I would think any new buses are going to be hybrids. However, GM is trying to establish itself as a leader in the hydrogen-fuel field, so there may be some validity in...

Family Coats of Arms at Epcot (UK Pavilion)

On our last visit to WDW, we purchased our family's Coat of Arms from a shop in the UK Pavilion. The store gave us a card that indicated that they were operated by a local company and that they had another store outside of WDW. I cannot remember the name of the local store. I cannot find the...

    Disney for Sale?

There isn't another theme park company out there with the capital to do that. Cedar Fair isn't able after buying the Paramount parks and Six Flags...well...we all know about them.

    Disney Podcasts...

Inside the Magic is the best one, IMHO. I like the rest of them, too. I like Beyond Main Street, but sometimes I find myself fast forwarding throught the chit-chat. WDW Today is a nice shorter podcast, TQM.

We were traveling to see my wife's family while it was on...the TiVo recorded at the right time and channel, but "This Week" and some local show were all it recorded.

    Missed the parade...

The parade didn't air in Knoxville as scheduled. Did anyone else miss the parade because "This Week" was on instead?

    Questions Following the Christmas Parade

first three posts=three cracks at President Bush. I guess people can't come up with anything original, so they get their fodder from CNN.
