That is what I always thought too...I assume the "Theme Park" people interface with the Imagineers in the development of any Pixar-themed ride, not necessarily a Wall-E one (though I agree it would be cool).
There is a patio outside Old Port Royale that has a good-ish view of the fireworks...
Of course you can't hear anything, or see any of the water features, but it is still fun to see it...
Perhaps you are missing the point....their child is 15 and 11 months.
I think that if the age difference between the limit and your age is <=1 month there is no harm in making a while lie. Not everyone is able to go to WDW every month. It is possible he might have to wait for quite some time...
I don't know about now but a *really* long time ago the names at Epcot were Horizons, Energy, Space and one other. In 1997 they changed to Amaze, Create, Discover, and Journey. I don't know what they are now.
I always just plan ahead and make sure I know exactly where I will be when. That way I know how many days to put on the ticket. However, the best (and easiest) thing to do is just use an AP. :)
I must agree with everyone else.
Fantasmic is an awesome show (and btw, my favorite). However, Illuminations is more impressive. Seeing the fireworks burst above the lagoon is really amazing.
