If true, I wonder if Disney would consider packaging this premium tier with select Deluxe resort stays. I do like that feature at Universal. I understand that they would get their money either way in the hotel rate but, I accept that cost in my head and like having extra costs prepaid so to speak.

Good point but I wonder if it would really have that effect. I think there is a subset of people already purchasing Multipass that would decide to spend the premium. I suppose those premier pass holders would end up getting more LLs than previously so perhaps there is some impact there but not...

Seems like the rumor suggest the new system isn’t changing. This would just be an additional premier tier that would be available to those willing to spend the premium.

They can both be true. Some of us can be excited for the change and the new land and understand why it makes sense from a corporate/business perspective at the same time.

I think they would have told us either way if they knew. I think the lack of info truly means they haven’t made the final decision.

I like the Simpsons okay but having it in a Disney park is not exciting. It still feels like Universal regardless of ownership. My fear is that someone said “hey. We already have a donut on RnR. Let’s just turn all the signs in the ride to Springfield and change the audio track and be done.” 😂

I think MV3D has run its course honestly but would love to see the muppets land somewhere else and have a presence in one of the parks.

That’s what I was thinking. That Cars is just going in a space but Villains is the real reason this choice was made. I’m a fan of the choice regardless but I get why some don’t like it.

I honestly don't think the backlash is as significant as some think. It’s mostly contained to the super fan community which is a small population comparatively speaking. I may be wrong but that’s my guess. I’ve seen a lot of positive reactions online as well.
