I have a 4 yr old girl and this is her first trip...so not sure if it is worth it or not.

Anyone know anything about this? I saw it on the WDW site. Certain attractions are "pal supported" sites where the mickey toy talks to you about them or something? You buy them in the park it says. How much and what do they do? Thanks!
