What was frustrating about it, especially with the Art of Disney, is that according to the CM at the Epcot Art of Disney store, the Downtown Disney store is "known" for not picking up the phone. So, sounds like an issue with the managers at that particular store.

I worked as a host in a restaurant for a while, and learned my lesson about double seating (and I actually triple seated once) waiters. But, here, I think they were either just short on hosts or executing a faulty plan on seating. But the food and service were really great.

Are the appetizers enough for dinner?

Has anyone had dinner at the Top of the Tower at Bay Lake Towers? We are heading down for a 5-night stay in March, and with Jiko, San Angelo Inn, Bluezoo, and Victoria and Alberts already in our plans, we were thinking a low-key night at Top of the Tower would be nice. What is the food like...

I guess that's what I'm thinking as being a value add. How great would it be if you could wade in the water by the beach at the Polynesian? Or go waterskiing or banana boating? Or have something like the old waterskii show? Maybe it is just too expensive or impractical a venture. I assume...

Let me put it another way, then. It seems Disney can do almost anything. Why can't it get imagineers, biologists, and whoever else is needed to make Bay Lake swimmable? Still seems to me like it would be a huge value add.

Here's what I don't understand. It seems a real "lake" could be a great upgrade at WDW. Imagineers can do anything. Why wouldn't they do whatever it takes to make this lake swimmable?
