I think they are referring to shoddy maintainance in general. And to that, I heartily agree. The Magic Kingdom is in desperate, desperate need of some major refurbishments. It has really gotten to the "Where Do We Even Begin??" point. Splash needs it, Haunted Mansion needs it, Space Mountain...
