I was thinking of going in Feb but i'm reading reports of the boarding passes being sold out before the parks even open.. If I'm staying offsite and arrive at normal park opening is there a chance that the ride is already sold out and I won't be able to get on through the whole day?

If I run at park opening to Frozen Ever After.. how long are the lines now adays at that time? Should i expect to have half my day ruined standing there until lunch?

This is great for a land or central hub.. but i think the more interesting and fun lands would be a Donkey Kong area, Animal Crossing area, Pokemon area, and of course Zelda. Kind of like Magic Kingdom.. sure the castle is pretty and all.. but the real fun is to be had in Adventureland...
