Disney doesn't make you turn in your name badge when you get fired / leave and you can keep your lanyards. So he probably printed off a fake badge and just walked back in with his name tag. Makes it even more shadier imho.

Yes they do and yes they do Atleast as of last year. On boarding included a fingerprint for the background check. Also you have to park backstage for the CFlW unless they’ve recently changed it.
