This will be a bar (saloon?), not a DVC lounge. There may or may not be a DVC element to it, maybe a section of it is DVC lounge, but anticipate a bar.

At one point in the late 00s RSR was planned for the Galaxy's Edge area where Rise is now but it was just RSR then too, not the entirety of Cars Land. Either way, not sure this makes sense as they had multiple chances to build it at DHS and didn't. Coco makes way more sense both thematically...
